At present, we are shipping one to two times per week, so it may be several days before your order is shipped. You should receive an email notification advising you of shipment, including a tracking number. Note: my two (and many) local Brooklyn post offices do not scan all packages at drop-off. The first scan you might see for your package is when it departs the local NYC metro center and, in some cases, may not be until it arrives at your local USPS center. Rest assured, even though it may not appear so, I have shipped your item within 24-48 hours of the tracking info being added to the PayPal transaction.
If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please email and I will refund your entire purchase (including shipping). If you wish to return an order, I will refund the cost of the items and if the issue that prompts the return is related to quality, misshipment, an error on my part or similar cause, I will also cover your return shipping. If the return is due to a change of mind or some other error on your part, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and I will only refund the item costs, not the initial shipping charges. If you do wish to return an item, please contact me first – there are a number of reasons for this, but primary is to make sure that you send the item to my current address. Thank you!
