While it’s not quite a Christmas miracle, it’s good timing. Many of you have been inquiring over the past few months about getting the SP/T&NO A-50-4, and I am getting close to a re-release, However, I also found a cache of castings. There are 11 sets of castings, although I am pulling the detail parts from the large trove of those castings  that I have on hand (how is it that these things never match up?) Full disclosure, it’s going to be a few weeks before I get these mailed, but if you’d like to reserve one, here’s your opportunity.

I am beginning the process of reprinting out of stock volumes. Focus on Freight Cars Volume Nine will be first. There is a pre-publication discount in effect until December 16.

I somehow ended up with a couple extra SP F-70-6/-7 kits with the bulkhead add-ons that I won’t use. I’m offering them at the price I paid and will include the Speedwitch decal set for the F-70-6/-7, too. Click link above if interested. Once they’re gone, they’re gone!

I also have three Sunshine tank car kits for sale. Years ago Martin Lofton of Sunshine compensated me for something I did with a bunch of castings for the insulated tank cars he offered. I have more than I need… three in fact. The include the castings, decals, etched running boards (where appropriate) and Precision Scale brass stanchions. I have a handful of the Burlington XA-9 available now and expect to have the full relaunch in the very near future. The body is entirely redone and while it is not a revolutionary upgrade from the original, it is incrementally better.

There are six new decal sets to letter the PFE’s two most numerous classes of reconditioned/rebuilt wood refrigerator cars from the -9 and -16 classes. Each set letters two cars.

At long last, the Canadian National Fowler car is back in the fold!
