Description
Pressed Steel Car Company built a large group of 8,000 gallon tank cars in the late 1920s primarily for North American’s tank leasing operations. In the late 1940s, when A. E. Staley’s tank operations were turned over to North American, many of these cars were lettered in AESX reporting marks and painted in eye-catching white or orange schemes. Rohm-Haas was another lessee.
The kits include resin tanks and details, styrene underframe and detail parts, etched metal ladders and uncoupling lever brackets plus accurate decals for the NATX scheme. $50.00
